Cross border charges

Someone deposited R500 from Lesotho in to my bank account.I do not owe previous bank charges.So I only received R 279 from the money sent to me R53 was for monthly charges and last time I checked FNB charges R10 for each R100 it was also confirmed on your website that if someone sends money from Lesotho to South Africa only R45 will be charged for transfers of R500.So I was told that you people charge R60 for a person entering the bank and R100 for cross border no matter how much the person sends,So it means if someone sends me R200 I will only get R40,That's a *******.You are charging people ridiculous prices that don't make sense.Next time when I want to send money to Lesotho I would rather use Shoprite money market because it only charges R20 for any amount less than R5000, unfortunately it doesn't send money from Lesotho to South Africa.You are ripped me off cause I needed the money and did not know you charge stupid amounts.
