****** who want to charge me every Penny for closing my account Due to their terrrible service

On the 31st October ,I instructed Premier banking to close my account as I was unhappy with many things. Before I got any response I had to complain here first then that's when I was attended to . Be that may , after requesting closure of this account I then calculated my withdrawal and service fees which amounted to R57. I then transferred anything else to my secondary account.

I received an email from Seipati Kukame , requesting for documents to close my account which I sent to her and she acknowledged receiving the documents on the 6th November. I then went through my account on the 7th checking if the account has been closed , my balance was now on a minus , funny enough I was charged a monthly fee on the 6th Nov implying that my account is being closed ( THis is what had happened on the first account I closed with them). I sent an email to Seipati asking why there was a delay on closing my account (09th Nov) since it had been over 48hours since she acknowledged receipt of all that was needed , No response was received.

Today I go over my account , to find that my balance is now at -R250 odds , On the 9th I was charged a "paid item no funds"amount of R110 , mind you this amount had been pending/reserved on my account, meaning it was catered for while I still had positive balance and reason I am on a minus is because of the banks refusal to close this account.

I want to make this clear , FNB will close my account either via the long ( charging this account for unknown/unexplained funds until this account becomes dormant then eventually close the account as a write off) or short route (honoring my request) , because I will not be charged unnecessary fees for not being happy with this bank and closing my account.

You cant keep me as a customer by robbing me!!
