I am having the worst time with your chat services. From having an amount reversed back to my bank account. I hired a car with Hertz on 28 February, deposit was authorised and Hertz has since sent you the instructions to cancel the auth 5 days ago and it is up to you to reverse it as my bank. I got the proof confirmation from Hertz that they have asked you and they gave me my invoice. I called FNB and you asked me to fill a dispute form which I did and now you are telling me that I need to wait 5 more working days. I refuse to do that because Hertz sent the cancellation on 01 March and I will not wait another 5 more days when I have already done the extra work of filling in the dispute form you asked me to to and sent all the necessary documents. I refuse because you can see the amount on your side and my bank account as pending and I need to pay a prepayment at hospital for my mother but she cannot be admitted because FNB refuses to give me my money. If anything happens to my mother, you will be liable because she is not getting the care she is supposed to because you are keeping my money and earning interest on it. I need this sorted out today or close my account and give me all my money and I will move my services from you people who are obviously making money by being dishonest and earning interest on money that does not belong to you. You are are ****** of note.
