FNB is not better than a loan shack, they went into my account and took money without my permission for my clicks credit card and when i asked them to reverse the two debits i was told that they won't doing it. The staff was full of attitude and when i logged a complain the response I got was my clicks application form, FNB terms and conditions and a brief note. They bay passed all of the important Acts regulating the banking sector but they really don't care i'm nothing to them why should they be worried.
