*****ed Moves by FNB

Money was tranfered to my business account on Saturday till today it hasn't deflected tried calling the bank it was a complete waste of my and etym was sent from pillar to post, can somebody who understands what's happening, rather return the money back to the sender if there seems to be a problem with my account.
