Criteria not met

Within the week on 18-25 August 2024, I was told that I did not achieve my target to get my free weekly coffee. I queried and I was told that because transactions were banked the next week that I don't qualify. Why does FNB favor merchants banking late over customers who met criteria for that week. What's disappointing is that I made extra payment that week and my criteria was still not enough. It seems like customers prefences are taken last
