My husband transferred money from his capitec app to pay rental on fnb account unfortunately he made a mistake and paid an old account of where we use to stay. He went to capitec so they can reverse the money, capitec consultant called fnb to reverse that money. Fnb then said that account was long closed by the owner so they will reverse the money it will be on his account within 14days.14days came n pass he went back again to the bank they told him the same thing that it will be back within 14 days that was in August 2020 even today there is no sign of money. What bothered me the most is if the account its closed why is fnb not returning the money they keeping the money as what??? So if you ever had an account with fnb be rest assured people who still send you money on that account fnb its gladly eating that money
