CRESTA BRANCH SERVICE IS HORRIBLE

Sitting in a branch with less then 10 people in it for over 45mins just to collect a card is a bit ridiculous don't you think? The consultants couldn't care less as they catch up on the daily gossip. There's no other way to explain how they are standing around and chatting while there are customers waiting to be served. I have been at this branch 3 times now because it is closer to my home but I can honestly say that all my engagements with the staff at this branch has been appalling. There is no sense of urgency and it seems to be the norm throughout the entire branch. They are situated in a mall where there is a lot of people coming through daily but they have a real lackadaisical attitude about them. To top it all the branch seems to be under a sewer line so it stinks and they let you sit there in that stench while they're conversing
