CRESTA ATM FAULTY AND KEPT THE MONEY

On Saturday the 3rd of August 2024 at about 16:45, I deposited R3000 into my account at Cresta FNB. The ATM suddenly went OUT OF SERVICE. I didn't get the money into my account and didn't even get a receipt. I called the FNB customer care centre and was sent a dispute form which I filled and sent back. Could you look into this and let me know my money is credited? I informed the centre security who confirmed that even on Friday 2nd August the same ATM did it to another customer. There's an issue with this machine.
