crediting money

They ran my loan account debit order knowing that there is no funds available. My loan accounts has bounced in the past before(they are suppose to credit it on the 5th and they try to do it prematurely). But this time they just charged my R105 for each of the accounts. Times are really tough and they just credited my food money for the week. Secure chat is utterly useless in resolving this issue. I know there is a R105 for bounced debit orders, but this is an internal thing. Not external.
