Credit while under debt review

My previous complaint was as follows:

""""""Good day,

I have a premier account with FNB that I mostly use to make online payments with as I prefer Visa. My son use this card to buy items online without my supervision because i deposit money into this cheque account so that he can purchase whatever it is he wants to buy then if there's no more money in the account it would just state "transaction declined, insufficient balance". For over 2 years it has been this way without any issues because I am under debt review so for obvious reasons and according to the law - the account can never be overdrawn or have an overdraft facility.

This month my account is minus R7000!!!! FNB allowed my account to go into arrears/overdraft. I never app**** for this and even if i did it would be rejected due to me being under debt review. How on earth can FNB afford me credit of R7000 while under debt review and without my consent??"""""""

I was contacted by the FNB resolution department and the consultant was very helpful and professional. I commend FNB for that.

However, waking up this morning my account went from - R7000 to -R9000. This is just out of this world. I've never ever seen or experienced something like this. Money has never been taken like this and I've had this account for almost 3 years now. The account was never used differently as compared to the previous months. I will definitely be writing to the National Credit Regulator because it is impossible to let an account of a person under debt review go into arrears of minus R9000.

If, for example, my account is zero and I deposit R1000 in my account then transactions can be made until the R1000 is finished. Thereafter it's impossible to make any further transactions as all attempts will just be declined. Worst of all, I deposited R220 for my son and today my account is minus R9000. It is just total madness. I don't even know what to say. I will proceed to write a formal complaint to the NCR and present all evidence including my status indicating my credit status (under review).

I kindly request your urgent attention regarding this matter. Tomorrow I will wake up to find the account is now -R15000?
