Credit where credit is due.

I managed to resolve my issue after kicking up a stink. Great service from the lady who phoned me back helped me through the process step by step.

It is unfortunate I had to throw my toys but the issue was resolved.

Someone in the obvalidationdocs team does need a kick up the rear, however. Apparently my documents had been sitting there for over a week. Only nothing had been done with them!
