Credit score query

I am getting very tired of First National bank. I have been requesting that an account is closed or removed on my report.

The service even when I escalate the matter is pathetic. I am constantly sent from pillar to post and always asked to send the screenshot and explain what is God's world happened.

I cannot believe this is the type of service I am receiving from a bank I have been with since my teens. Extremely irritated and disappointed in the type of service one has been receiving from FNB.
