credit score loan update

i need fnb to clear my credit score for a loan that i have taken with them in 06/2019 i paid and this is reflecting 4 times on my credit score and affecting it badly i need my name to be cleared and i need paid up letter thank you. and i will not send credit reports its to much admin for me you'll can follow up please.
