Credit report not updated by FNB

I am very disappointed by FNB. They have not updated my credit profile for temp loan as far back as 2019. A one month temp loan which i paid back without hassle. I have lodged a dispute with a credit bureau 5 months ago. Still nothing is happening. When I call the call Centre I am told to wait 10 days for my profile to be updated. I mean if it was not done in 5 months how will they do it in 10 days. I have worked very hard to make sure that my credit report is up to date and looks good. Then this temp loans are ruining my profile and now I can't apply for anything. Can someone PLEASE PLEASE FIX THIS NOW. I am thinking of changing banks. FNB service is so poor. Retailers update the credit report every month why can't FNB do the same.
