Credit record reflects an FNB Account which I do not have

My credit record reflects that I have an Account Number *** (Revolving Credit Plan) with FNB. I have been to several banks to obtain a letter confirming that this account is non-existence so that it can be removed from my credit record without luck. I therefore decided to turn to this platform to obtain the very much needed assistance.
