Credit record delayed

Good day

My name is kelebogile with reference no. ***.

All this is in regards with my account which happes to have an active status on my credit records. The last update was made end of MAY and is totally inappropriate for such a huge company to fail updating their customers credit status.

This is the problem that i have, not only the closure of account.

Please assist.
