Credit record

I have a complaint with FNB, I took a temporal loan last year April 2019, as soon as there's money in the count they deduct their share within that a month. Only this year February 2020, when checking my credit record FNB still appears as NOT PAID, Requested for a paid up letter, but its not good enough , as its affecting my credit record.
