Credit Rating tarnished!!!!

I have been trying for over 18months for FNB to remove the credit cards from my name. They simply remove them from your online profile so they don’t appear anymore, but leave them “running” in the background. I reported this over a month ago on hello Peter, immediately received feedback to say I’d be assisted and still have the exact same problem. Each time o review my credit reports, they show up! The same account with 2 different credit limits ! It’s absolutely ludicrous! I will close each account with FNB including my business account. Revolting service! My credit rating is being battered due to the negligence.
