CREDIT PROFILE NOT UPDATING

This would be the last complaint I make in order to give FNB time to respond, my next would be approaching the ombudsman. I have temp loans for the amounts of R2299, 6207 and 7880 all still reflecting on my credit profile. These are from 2025. I have requested paid up letter so I can dispute the with Experian, but to date I have received now, even after explaining everything telephonically too. *** Please can get this answer today.
