Credit profile not being updated
After laying many complaints, it has still not been resolved. My credit card is paid up. I have requested you to remove the listing from my credit profile, yet the last update sent to the credit bureaus was on the 30th of November 2021. So you are quick to update when someone is behind but when you receive your money you drag your feet???
