*********** / credit Profile damage/no service/
4 months and counting they still damaging my credit I'm putting them on National News and Carte Blanche I'm going to sue them as I'm loosing my job due to them , I logged multiple complaints delt with a manager in the branch its been escalated and still they can't resolve the issue. This was once a good reputable bank but now they getting us to fired from our jobs as they can't update records and provide service

25 May 2023, 09:53There was a loan I paid up last year and is not closed so it's showing that It's active and to make matters worse they Saying it's 9 months in arrears , their own system is proofing this to be wrong as I got a paid up letter which shows I paid the loan up in full LAST YEAR....I can't resume work due to my credit profile being blocked by FNB ,after 4 months my company is now terminating me from work. It used to be a reputable bank now it's a pandemic look at all the people's reviews I'm tired of this bank and can't get them out of my life...dont bank with them
