Credit ***** on my name

I have never banked with FNB but was shocked to learn that they have issued a credit card in my name to someone else. I have sent them multiple emails and have been to their offices, but they are not assisting. This has a bad impact on my credit score, and my life is hard now. ***** was committed, and I need my name cleared. FNB needs to fix this
