Credit Limit Increase Application and Communicatio

As a Customer , you expect some kind of quality of service , and FNB doesn't deliver on their
promises , as portrayed by their adverts and staff.
I app**** online for a credit limit increase on my current credit card and found the tool quick and
userfriendly, afterward I got a SMS confirming my application was successful.
3 days later , nothing has happened , No increase, No communication , nothing.
As a platinum banking customer , I have a platinum banker , which is never available and
doesn't respond to emails I send, which already shows the FNB's Standards.
I have made multiple calls to the platinum call centre line over the past 2+ months whereby I
had to send through documents multiple times, with no communication telling me
whether or not they receive it, or what to send.
Eventually it seemed something was happening, but completely wrong, they upgraded my Credit Card,
which I DIDN'T ask for, which means I pay higher fees.I told the Platinum Banker and Call Centre that this
is not what I want, and still they decided to after 2 weeks send the card to the Courier Services.
Clearly misleading by their advert. Still awaiting delivery of Petro card a year later.
