Credit Limit Decrease

<p>On 24 July I requested my credit card limit decrease. The agent told me it will take 24 to 48 hours- <br />ReferenceRp ********** 335. On the 1st of August I followed up on with "My team of bankes" using the app, the agent told me she will resend the request nd it will take 24 - 48 hours. Today i followed up again and now i am told it will take 7 business days.</p> <p>7 business days has already passed since this was reuested on the 24th of July. The service i have experienced is bad and the wost thing is that the agents are lying to me.<br /><br /></p>
