Credit life insurance FNB

I got retrenched and I app**** for credit life insurance at Fnb, they only paid for 6 months, I reapp**** and was told I have an income which is not true so I asked for proof and was ignored, I then submitted a affidavit but still nothing, I'm 20 years with FNB and I'm very disappointed about they service
