Credit life insurance

I'm patiently waiting for my credit life insurance to be approved by fnb but they keep sending me automated messages that they experiencing backlog.. And the credit card department keep calling me even after telling them that I have no income and waiting for my credit life insurance to be approved. I received an sms saying that its approved but they didn't specify which one, and what do I need to do after one has been approved as I have app**** for my loan as well. Can you guys sort this out asap and communicate with your other departments to stop demanding payments while waiting for you to pay for my credit insurance. You were quick to deduct payments that time I was paying for insurance but you take your time now when you need to pay me for insurance. I have sent all the required documents that you have requested.
