Credit life insurance

Its been over 4 months now trying to sort out this issue of my credit life insurance, without any success.

I haven't been working since April this year due to covid, and then I was later retrenched, I've sent all related and requested documents since beginning of May and I kept receiving messages that my claim is still being accessed and there is a backlog.. This happened until I went and complained on Hello Peter.

Then I received an email stating that my claim has been approved communication will follow.. So I don't know what kind of communication cause there has been nothing but debt collection people calling me telling me that my credit account is still in arrears.

Non one even bothered to call and inform me how long will fnb life pay for my loans or credit card and how. I only find out through the lady who called me for collections that it's for 6 months.

My biggest problem is that credit card was paid for this month, by fnb life but it's still in arrears due to fnb taking too long to approve my claim, and now I've been told that I need to pay them. So my question now is pay with what money? cause the reason why I app**** for insurance is because I didn't have money to pay.. My account would not be in arrears if fnb didn't not take their sweet little time to approve my claim. Fnb should settle the arrears since they took long to start paying. Now I've been told that my loan is also in arrears, after I was told that the insurance has been approved, and they keep trying to deduct money from my account even after approving the insurance Is there anyone at Fnb that is capable of assisting me in solving this, honestly I'm tired cause you guys don't even respond to emails, when I go to the branch I'm told to call the very same people that are not able to assist me

I'm tired, honestly tired of this, credit life insurance is supposed to give you peace of mind when you need it the most, not all this inconvenience and incompetence.. Fnb is definitely the worst bank ever
