Credit life for dread disease on my overdraft

Trying to claim from my credit life cover for dread disease to cover my overdraft only to be told that my credit life was cancelled in 2014! No one has investigated why this was cancelled and I am just left with no further contact from them after the 2nd lady and last one was so rude!
