Credit Life Claim

FNB is very quick to deduct their loan money but once you have to claim from their credit life, they have all sorts of stories. They asked me to send: my uif form, a letter confirming my termination and my id, which i sent. then the next email requested an affidavit, I sent that. Now, they want a service certificate and a termination letter stating that i was retrenched? My contract expired, and that's what the letter says. Now you also want a motivation letter. How many more documents must I send? Are you unable to assess my claim and give me an outcome?
