Credit insurance claim ignored.

I have a covid relief loan which I took out whilst not able to work when the company I was with closed for lock down with a no work no pay policy. I had another loan and overdraft with FNB which included insurance. I lodged a claim with their credit insurance. In the mean time I used the covid relief loan to catch up the payments so that my credit rating was not affected. The initial claim was never actioned and ignored. Months later I re submitted the claim, this too was ignored. I have now stopped paying the loan and will ignore them just as they ignored my claims.
