Credit increase, mission impossible

I have been trying for about 10 days to increase my credit limit, I have spoken on secure chat multiple times, been transferred multiple times, been disconnected multiple times.

It was suggested that I do a manual application

No one seems to be able to help me with this.

I was phoned by a consultant yesterday and there were very rude to me.

I just want to increase my credit limit it doesn't feel like this should be such a **** process
