Credit Increase

After years of paying my credit card monthly , I finally decided to update my limit. Contrary to the false advertising done by FNB on radio and TV I were only contacted about a week later.

The lady that phoned me was very friendly but unfortunately I had to repeat my information and as my salary and expenses changed and I needed to listen to all the terms and conditions twice. After the offered me huge amount of credit based on the new calculation I informed them that this will not be necessary as I will not need such a high amount and will take half the amount offered. I thanked the lady and she informed me that my limit will be increased in 1/2 days.

Two days later I get a call from FNB informing me that they want to confirm my a limit increase as the amount I requested is to high . When I asked why the provided me with all my old information which was changed two days back .

My limit is still not increased ...
