Credit ***** in my FNB Credit Card

I have been having problems with my credit card since last year what happens is my credit limit gets increased without my permission. I last used my credit card 3 years ago mind you,I got a deduction of 2200 from my card in January when I got my salary for the very same credit card,I called they told me to go to a branch when I got there they gave me a phone and told me to call, a supervisor had to intervene and they transferred the money back. Today I got the very same issue I called and was told they would freeze my money so that I would go to a brach when I got there after work they told me they cant do anything about it and the money is frozen. My credit went from 5000 to 19 000 without my consent. I was always a fan of FNB but honestly has been a nightmare for the past few months. My credit score is affected, my income is affected and I suspect *****ulent activity on my CREDIT card! On top of that my bank is not able to help with this, I have never been so frustrated before. The incompetence and petulant I've experienced from the consultants is staggering. The money I work so hard for is gone and I don't know the reason and the bank I trusted with my finances is not interested in helping me resolve this.
