Credit granted by FNB while under debt review

Good day,

These were my previous 2 complaints I addressed in December 2019:

My previous complaint was as follows:

COMPLAINT 1 """"""Good day,

I have a premier account with FNB that I mostly use to make online payments with as I prefer Visa. My son use this card to buy items online without my supervision because i deposit money into this cheque account so that he can purchase whatever it is he wants to buy then if there's no more money in the account it would just state "transaction declined, insufficient balance". For over 2 years it has been this way without any issues because I am under debt review so for obvious reasons and according to the law - the account can never be overdrawn or have an overdraft facility.

This month my account is minus R7000!!!! FNB allowed my account to go into arrears/overdraft. I never app**** for this and even if i did it would be rejected due to me being under debt review. How on earth can FNB afford me credit of R7000 while under debt review and without my consent??"""""""

COMPLAINT 2

I was contacted by the FNB resolution department and the consultant was very helpful and professional. I commend FNB for that.

However, waking up this morning my account went from - R7000 to -R9000. This is just out of this world. I've never ever seen or experienced something like this. Money has never been taken like this and I've had this account for almost 3 years now. The account was never used differently as compared to the previous months. I will definitely be writing to the National Credit Regulator because it is impossible to let an account of a person under debt review go into arrears of minus R9000.

If, for example, my account is zero and I deposit R1000 in my account then transactions can be made until the R1000 is finished. Thereafter it's impossible to make any further transactions as all attempts will just be declined. Worst of all, I deposited R220 for my son and today my account is minus R9000. It is just total madness. I don't even know what to say. I will proceed to write a formal complaint to the NCR and present all evidence including my status indicating my credit status (under review).

I kindly request your urgent attention regarding this matter. Tomorrow I will wake up to find the account is now -R15000?

MY THIRD COMPLAINT 08 JANUARY 2020

After my account went into an arrears of minus R9000 money was paid back by FNB which brought my balance to minus R3250. Up until today my account is still minus R3250. I want to know when will FNB pay back my money? My account cannot go into an arrears.

If for example, R10 000 is paid into my account and I spend the R10 000 and my balance is now R0, transactions simply gets declined. Whether I swipe or try and draw money it doesn't matter. How can FNB let my account go into overdraft of R9000 (of which they halfy corrected it to minus R3250) while im under debt review?

I've emailed the resolution department of which the response I received was literally a 8 word sentence which has nothing to do with the issue I raised.

This is just absolutely crazy. I've had this account for 2 years and never before has anything like this happened and I've done nothing different compared to the previous months.

Please, I am once again officially requesting that this be resolved, TODAY.

Reviewer Update
Good day once again. I received an sms yesterday stating that FNB's resolution department will be in contact shortly. I am still waiting for them to make contact with me. This is so frustrating. Since I reported this matter on 21 December 2019 until now my issue remains unresolved by FNB.
