Credit facility closure

Behind the flashy reassuring marketing campaign is sub par customer service from certain sections of my beloved Bank. pains me to write this about FNB as I advocate for them in my circle. Anyway, the issue is that I have been trying to close a revolving credit account for the past month, having phoned in a few times and been reassured it would be closed. still to date the account is not closed and it appears I need to go into the branch to close it(anyone with a time machine I can use).
