******** credit damage and worst service received

It's been such a horrible experience trying to get them to follow their own processes.

Their service is so bad that I even borrowed money to pay them of and close my account as they negatively affected my credit to the point that I'm being fired from work.

I spent over a thousand rand using an uber to get to their branches I escalated my matter with their managers and team leaders I submitted over 10 complaints as well as filing with the Ombudsman.

Still they have not resolved the issue with ITC...even after calling ITC they advised all they have to do is reply to a simple letter stating that I have settled them last year July 2022.

I'm going to put this in the media as they costed me my job and wasted my time and money they have also affected my income and I bet they won't even compensate for this.

They have alot to say about capitec but the truth is capitec don't destroy people's employment.

We all should start filing a case against them
