Credit Consolidation of accounts

I waited almost an entire month to be assisted only then this morning that I follow up with the bank and I am told that the consolidation application has been rejected and was given very stupid reasons. This bank is not to be trusted at all. I am a client wanting to be free from debts you are failing to assist yet I am getting credit cards increase offers. All I want is to pay one installment and be finally free from FNB.
