Credit collectors harassment

Im trying to understand when I have payment arrangements and been paying for over a year and then constantly been dealing with harassment of other financial collectors and you ask and they all say FNB says no one is dealing with your case. The company i am dealing with did a summons... but it seems like its *****... I need FNB to say company a is dealing with you.
