Credit collectors bridge of agreement

To whom this may concern

I currently have a loan and a credit card with you guys wich I defaulted payment on because of its had lost my job , I've been handed over to the Brooks and lyt attorneys of wich I have called and explained my situation with and asked to commit R20 and email the proof of payment on a monthly basis to simply show my commitment.

The collection company had agreed and I have been compliant. So all of a sudden I was rudely told my arrangement doesn't exist and that why do I even have data or airtime to contact them to try to sort this out ( meaning I shouldn't call them)

So is fnb aware that the people that represent them make arrangements and when they want they cancel those arrangements without even verbal or written consent or even a valid reason and when asked about it the very same collections agency treats their clients like ****.

I have been a client of fnb for many years and had various credit facilities from you guys and honored them . Them one time Iam without a job does that mean fnb should appointment people who *******ly go back on arrangements made and give non compliant advice , why are your debt collection companies making agreements that they turn around on without even giving a reason .
