Credit checks without my consent.

Have been a customer of FNB for more then 20 years and now they are running hard credit checks without my consent. I got a notification that a hard credit enquiry was made by FNB EDG Multi Product.

What is this about??? Real disappointed in FNB. Is it time to switch banks?
