Credit cards still not working for online purchases after over a month

Kulula branded credit cards are unable to do online purchases for over a month now. I have been sent two new credit cards because they said my card expiring in 2024 has expired. the new cards are also unable to make online purchases. hellopetercomplaints@fnb and CSR@fnb do not respond to my emails and longer. Amazing company!
