Credit Cards Paid up Letters request and ITC Dispute

Absolutely appalling service from FNB. Paid up both mine and my spouses credit cards in January 2026. It has still not been removed from Transunion ITC credit report and still reflects as an outstanding debt that is active. We have made several attempts at calls and emails, getting case numbers etc and each time we call we are met with a lame apology and escalations upon escalations. This is so distasteful because the person to whom this has been assigned is always unavailable and goes by the name of Themba. All we need is paid up letters and for this debt to be removed as it is not a true reflection on our credit report which is affecting us adversely.

Please sort this out immediately First National Bank South Africa!!!!
