Credit card worse nightmare

My credit card was handed over and I have been honoring the agreement every month. This is affecting my credit as it shows as I'm behind with my payments. The update that happens every month changes the current balance and limit and now the interpretation is like I don't pay. This is affecting me big time. Can someone assist on this ASAP.
