Credit card with Zero rand limit

Fnb upgraded me to a premier credit card from a gold credit card. I had a full credit limit available on my gold card. Since the upgrade, over a week ago, my new limit is zero rand on the new card. A week of calls,and transfers from one division to another and still not sorted! So much for premier service!
