Credit Card, ******** debit order

I it's been 3 weeks since I requested the funds that was ********ly debited from my bank account to be refunded and I'm still waiting.R5500 was debited on the 22 November without my consent. I logged a query on hello Peter, an agent from Feb did contact me but no resolution was reached.
