Credit Card Transaction declined for no reason

Call ref number Rw ********** 20331. I tried to make an online purchase from a company I purchased from last week. I entered my credit card details and clicked pay. I received a OTP. I entered the pin and clicked on process. I got a message that the transaction has been declined. I phoned the number on the back of the card. I got transfered to 3 different people. Nobody could explain to me why the transaction had been declined. According to them there has not been a transaction. Why then did FNB send me a OTP for the transaction. The person I last spoke to was completely useless Linda Ndlovu. If I don't receive and explanation by 5pm I will be closing all my accounts at FNB. Another useless bank.

Have been phoned twice to tell me that someone from the technical department will be calling me to explain what went wrong. Still waiting.

Still waiting for the technical department to call me. Sent FNB a copy of all the one time pins that they sent me. Clearly nobody at FNB knows how their systems work.

Once again just hollow promises. The only thing you are good at is apologies. Clearly nobody knows what is going on.
