Credit Card Tapping On Special Occasions

I have been trying for almost 3 weeks now to get Credit Card tapping issue resolved and no luck. Spoke to multiple agents via the mobile App [secure chat] and still no luck. Every agent I have been speaking to has a different answer and wonder if they understand that I am not getting paid to chat to them by the hour on multiple occasions and still to get no assistance. First Agent - Logged call with IT since services may been disabled, Ref seems to have disappeared off the system too Second Agent - Eventually sent me details to order new card but options not available on any of my options Third Agent - Advised of R120 rand cost for replacing card and reality is that I should not be paying since there is no damage to my card which just decided to intermittently stop tapping [or on a special day or my lucky day would tap].

Also, how would these services be inactive if intermittent taps are working? Why would I need to pay for replacement card, I do not request for IT services to be changed that is a process that should be owned by a team of experts in IT working or contracted to the Bank?

Why would a card that has been working just start giving issues with services or does FNB IT not test all their code rollouts to ensure that they do not impact clients?
