Credit Card Suspended???

I have been advised by a Call Centre agent - 14/12/23 @ +-8.15am that my credit card has been suspended because it was overdrawn by R133.79. I cannot understand how this is possible when I had a limit of R54 on the card and swiped for R33?I processed a payment today 14/12/23 of R353 and the balance available is ZERO.I was told I must wait and it will update overnight and I cannot use my card now - WHY? This has never happened before. Please check why for example I spend R600 on my card and that amount is waiting to be banked / authorized, R109.99 + R78 is deducted from the R600 and only R412.01 shows the amount to be banked?? What is the R109.99 + R78??? Please update my credit card ASAP!
