Credit card still not working

After more than a week after phoning FNB for over an hour to resolve my credit card not working online, and then logging complaints and finally getting a response that they are looking into the matter they have still not resolved my credit card not working. This is more than a week over month end where I cannot use my credit card and nobody has provided me with any reason why. They were very quick to charge me a R150 initiation fee and pro rata for the month's usage without actually providing me with a usable facility
